Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide Exchanges, Returns & Refunds for the items purchased from us if the following conditions are met (You are responsible for shipping fees):

⭐Within 30 days after you receive your item.

⭐Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging.

⭐Need the receipt or proof of purchase.

⭐Non-final sale items, not free gifts.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless of the items being mailed back to us.

PS: ⭐If there is no problem with the size, specification and quality of the products, then the shipping fee will not be refunded, and a 25% restocking fee will also be incurred.

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service: support@homeycb.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note:

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable: All final sale items, customized and specially designed products, free gifts.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
